When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, project details, budget, subject, and message. The site may also receive basic technical information needed to deliver the pages and protect the service.

The portfolio assistant receives the messages you send to it so it can generate a response. Please avoid sharing passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in the contact form or assistant.

Contact details and project information are used to respond to inquiries, understand project requirements, provide requested services, and maintain the site. Contact submissions may be stored in the portfolio's database so inquiries can be managed and followed up.

The assistant uses Google Gemini to process chat messages and generate replies. Chat messages are sent to that provider through the site's server and are not used to make decisions about you.

The site uses Supabase for database, authentication, and storage services. Contact form email delivery may use EmailJS. The assistant uses Google Gemini. These providers process information only as needed to provide their respective services and are subject to their own privacy terms.

Contact submissions are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect stored information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You can choose not to submit the contact form or use the assistant. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted by contacting Christian at christiansuinyuy@gmail.com.

This portfolio is not directed to children under 13, and personal information is not knowingly collected from children under 13.

This policy may be updated as the site, services, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
