These terms describe the basic rules for using Banboye Christian Suinyuy's portfolio, contact form, and AI assistant.
Using this site
You may use this portfolio to learn about Christian's work, explore projects, use the assistant, and submit a genuine project inquiry. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
Project inquiries
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or guarantee availability, pricing, delivery dates, or acceptance of a project. Any engagement will be defined by a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, fees, timing, responsibilities, and ownership terms.
Portfolio content
Unless otherwise stated, the site's text, design, branding, code examples, and original visual content belong to Christian or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish, sell, or present that content as your own without permission.
Third-party services and links
The site may use third-party services for hosting, data storage, email delivery, and AI responses, and may link to external websites such as GitHub. Those services and websites have their own terms and policies. Christian is not responsible for their content or availability.
AI assistant
The assistant provides general information about the portfolio and may make mistakes. It is not a substitute for a project consultation, legal advice, financial advice, or a binding quote. Do not rely on it for critical decisions or share confidential information with it.
